Jon Dahlgren from Asset Services has been a gem to work with. My roof problems started with a mystery leak the fall of 2018. Jon worked diligently to find the source of the leak. After a couple of repairs we thought the problem was solved only to have recent showers pose additional leakage. Because of the age of the roof I decided to go ahead and have the entire roof done by Asset Services. I am now waiting for the roof replacement. My decision was made after seeing how professional and knowledgeable Jon has been. He is eager to explain the entire process and show you pictures of the damaged areas. Jon came over unexpectedly to put a tarp over the area that seems to be the main source of trouble. This extra bit of help saved me from having water problems in the storm we had today with 60mph wind gusts. Jon thought about my problem even when I know he is in the middle of other projects. I feel lucky to have a contact to call with any future roofing questions and someone with the knowledge to do the repairs necessary. Since last fall I have contacted Jon several times and he has always gotten back to me very quickly.

It was awesome! Jon arrived and was very thorough at determining what needed to be done as well as his expectations as a contractor and mine as the consumer. He was knowledgeable and explained a lot of different aspects of reshingling a roof. The workers arrived and were very polite and hardworking. They cleaned up the work area every day. There wasn't any thing for me to do when they left. I will give their name out to my friends and will hire them again in a heartbeat. I've actually contracted them to return to add new gutters to both the garage and house after I've painted them this summer. Not once did Jon make me feel like my project was too small or not worth the time and effort to do. Very personable from the get go. Kept me in the loop at all times. Very trustworthy as well. The cost was totally acceptable for this area, especially when you look at the workmanship that went into this project.

I am beyond impressed with Jon's service and attention to detail. We had a very minor issue with some nail pops in a few places on our 15-year-old roof letting water leak in during heavy rain. Jon went above and beyond by thoroughly repairing and sealing the obvious ones and doing a thorough inspection of the rest of the roof to ensure no other issues were lurking up there. He documented the entire repair process in writing with great detail along with pictures, which is very reassuring that the job was done and done right. I'm not looking forward to replacing the entire roof a few years down the line when it's reached the end of its life, but I am looking forward to working with Jon and Asset Services LLC again when the time comes!

Jon with Asset Services, on one hand, did extremely high-quality work. Our shingles, roof vents, whirlybirds, ridge cap, etcetera were all impeccably installed. John was extremely honest and transparent throughout the process, telling us what needed to be done and why to result in a top-notch finished product. He took photos throughout the process to give us a visual of progress. He was highly responsible, respectful and accountable. His helpers were as well. On the other hand, I absolutely adored Jon's attitude to be flexible with us financially. Between the time Jon bid our job and started, we had some major expenses in our life such as needing to pay for a new central air conditioner and needing to prepare financially for another baby. Jon proposed a payment plan that we could agree to and Jon even further flexed again for us. Jon will probably be right in the ballpark if you get several bids for your roof job. Even if he is a little bit higher in price, Jon provides service and quality that is unsurpassed. Thank you Jon!

It took longer than I expected however most of the under boards needed to be replaced and that takes more time. Jon was very conservative keeping the budget in mind.
